Anakin can prevent him from taunting due to his buff immunity debuff, one of the night sisters can do it too, but anakin is faster and thus able to hit him with it before his turn.
Not only does QGJ have the ability to remove the taunt. Mace Windu has a special which can do the same trick as well as Plo Koon.. Although Plo Koon is more suited to it due to his slower speed. Heck even ventress is your anti RG!
There are a lot of options to dealing with RG and if all else fails! AOE is your friend!
