Just because they gain TM doesn’t mean it’s bad, just risky. For example, Hux works very well with SLK, because he can give him a second turn before your most of your opponents take 1 turn (his unique gives him advantage at the start of the round, and so +20% turn meter, which will make him able to outpace most teams).
