Think it's a cool concept but it needs some work. I would start from the ground up on his basic, it's really just garbage. His other abilities seem neat, but why have stacking tenacity and capability for stealth? His buffs aren't very powerful to justify his autos not doing damage. To me, he sounds like a weaker hermit yoda.
