I created this spreadsheet to be like a calculator..

Acording to this my characters i should consider in building team is

1. Rey
2. Ima Gun Di
3. Gs
4. Yoda
5. Savage Opress
6. Nightsister Initiate
7. Kylo Ren
8. Hoth Rebel Scout
9. Tusken Raider
10. Darth Vader
11. First Order Tie Pilot
12. Teebo
13. Qui Gon Jinn
14. Aayla Secura
15. Luminara Unduli

Doesnt counted a lot this so on first view
1. QGJ(lead)
2. Rey
3. Gs
4. Yoda
5. Ima Gun Di

Would be worth analysing
