T3 defense penetration

Good morning people. Can someone help explain why my t3 defense penetration is at 0 but I have his abilities upgraded to 100% defense penetration. Is this a glitch that CG needs to fix? B...

@Palanthian that letter u was added to make armor look pretty, lol. It’s ok though!
