Takedown has a cooldown of 2, under Jedi Rey all non-debuffed Resistance characters have their cooldowns dropped by 1 when they use a special, giving it a cooldown of 1. I always get confused on this ...

Ramping damage is for raids.
Stun-on-a-stick is for arena! (Expose-on-a-stick doesn't hurt, either)
