Tanks: almost useless after the spread use of CLS?

Or they could start thinking outside the box and release some new tanking mechanics other than just taunt.
Unique- while tank X is alive all other team members receive 50% less damage.
Unique- while tank X is alive 30% of the damage taken by other team members gets transferred to him.
