I think a zeta will eventually impact ship ratings more than omegas in the future, but the current toon/ship strength score is purely asthetic, and has no impact on the game at the moment. So and omega level 8 skill would have the same impact to a ships attributes as a zeta level 8 ability, again at this time, under the old system for calculations.
