TB rebels cleansing Fracture? Have you seen this?

At a guess without a video: they are cleansing debuffs during that flurry of turns, feeding TM to your team due to Palpatine's lead, including Thrawn. Fracture is expiring due to him getting a turn much quicker than you'd expect, it isn't being cleansed.
