I've heard Teebo is boss in raids my guild does T4-5 currently but I also wanna build a scoundrel team for the event. Lemme know what everyone thinks thanks for your time
I'd have to say teebo for the tm reduction. Especially in raids.
Also, then I'd have to suggest looking into chirpa. He has one move to give everyone counter, and with the right lineup, he COULD call every one in your lineup (except him) to attack one particular target. That is a possibility of massive damage.
