I'm in exactly the same position. Same mods and everything. The only possible way I can see to do it is to swap those Health mods out for 5-dot Potency mods with the same characteristics (and hope for small potency increments on all the others). By raising the base Potency, you'll get incremental gains on the mod combinations. So 20% of 50 is 10, for a total Potency of 60. But 30% of 55 is 16.5 for a total of 71.5 (Edited for bad maths).
I've been tempted to make Kit Fisto my fifth man for my Pit team, just for his re-worked 100% chance of Potency-up.
