Tenacity down characters?
Been trailing through swgoh.gg looking for characters that can apply tenacity down. Found Dengar, TFP, Krennic and Jawa Scavenger. Are there any others I have missed?

You'll still get resisted on TD, just not as much. I use TFP mainly and sometimes Dengar. I can't wait to get Krennic up to 7*. With the others you need high crit chance AND potency. With Krennic you just need high potency. His base potency at gear XI is 47. So a potency set with a potency cross primary brings his potency to 101%
Potency is irrelevant if the enemy has Tenacity Down. Tenacity Down gives the Rancor -99990% tenacity and leaves him with only the bare minimum(15%), having more potency won't result in anything and you're better off using some other mods that will benefit you more.
