Tenacity Mods

Scav Rey gets her offense nerfed if she gets debuffed, so that's an option depending on the other secondaries.

I tend to just put them on any semi-important character that I don't want getting debuffed. I think tenacity is kind of an underrated stat in general.

Kanan needs it even more than Jolee. Kanan's supporting cast isn't bad per se but also aren't the wunderkind that is JKR.
