This is an issue. i am okay with him being chromium. I wanted him elsewhere, but just glad I don't have to wait a month to finish him. What isn't okay is making someone nearly, or proabably, strictly better and release him at the same time to negate all the cost and effort of the first two tourneys. It's predatory towards the players.
