As toons go up the relic levels, even the lowliest % offence secondary is more effective than the best flat offence secondary.
Of course. That’s common knowledge and simple math but not everyone gets relic’d do they? Flat offense is far from useless for g11&12 toons depending on their base damage.
The usefulness of g11 and 12 toons is up for debate in my eyes. More and more it's starting to feel like if characters arent relicd they are worthless
