RT assists when he uses "Steady", and his unique grants a +50% general assist chance to IT allies only if they're buffed.
Gar has 100% assist chance for allies that attack during enemy turns. So when RT uses "Steady" he'll assist a random ally then grant all ITs retribution. If any of them counter, Gar WILL assist if omega'd.
