For mods, in addition to what's been said, this strategy is almost universal:
Top Right - needs primary of speed
Middle Right - needs critical damage for attackers, health/protection for healers
Secondary speed stats are also good. You want as much speed as possible for JE - 200+ if you can get it. The faster he is, the more often you can use his recalibrate and patch up specials. Boosting speed is also beneficial to the others - especially in a raid setting. When the battles are drawn out, TM boost/reduction and speed are what let you hit without taking damage. That's how people ruled the pigs with ewoks in the first raid - although it was purely through synergy and abilities rather than mods.
