A friend of mine is runing him as lead and is doing well with him. I'm still running Maul primarily and my build is very versatile, I literally have no problems beating any team comp. zMaul, zSavage, DN, SA, ST. I think squads that run Palp can run into issues because he's just like a highly volatile slot machine, he either payoffs great or he sucks.
