The leveling wall?
Why is there a credit leveling wall? Shouldn't the game makers try promote use of uncommon characters and character use in general? Wouldn't that lead to more sales of product? I don't understand...

I get where you're coming from, but let's say for a moment that characters were easier to level up in terms of credits spent. Does that automatically mean people are going to invest in the less than ideal characters of the game as a result? Some may, certainly, but for the most part it would just mean an abundance of credits for the majority of players to continue focusing on the characters they care about using, and thus devaluing credits overall.
I personally feel like a good middle ground to this would be to let your characters gain EXP via GW battles. Whoever you use in GW will gain EXP for free at the end of the battles and then credits still remain a valuable resource while making other less viable characters still playable and easing their cost to level. Or maybe even allow excess shards to go towards EXP for characters as well as Shard Currency.
