His kit isn't even out yet so it's impossible to tell how important some of those omegas even are.

Well I really don’t care about him unless he is arena meta. So if his omega abilities suck that might be tough to achieve.

yeah i definately see the kit not being out as more of an impediment to spending than lack of omegas. After all for an arena defining character, you can prioritize the omegas and get them filled in relatively quickly. Easily within a month.

Omega crunch is only real if your fitting omegas to toons you don't use.

This whole thread is a mess... surely adding is that hard...

I’ve also never heard of anyone not going after a legendary/heroes journey character because they won’t have enough omegas to instantly get them maxed out. Like what?....

I just don't omega every character or every ability. Right now I still have a few omegas left since I went in and put ones on abilities that may be useful. But I only put them on characters that will likely return the investment. I did get chewie at 7 stars. I got all his omegas and one of his zetas already but still waiting on gear to get full use out of him. Though he is useful at g9.

I didn't have to choose between him and jango because I'm not a whale and still have jango at 3 stars. No point in using omegas on 3 star characters that aren't even able to be used in the raids.

So the crunch is much less if you only omega or zeta characters that improve either arena rank or raid performance. Tb and tw performance will follow since good raid teams work well in tw and tb also.

I am experiencing an omega crunch and I only have meself to blame. Sitting on 45 zetas and 32 omegas because I overextended. Lesson learned on my part.

Just to clarify I’m not saying it’s tough to get the 50 or so omegas I will need for 1 toon. What I’m saying it that Chewie Jango and Bossk are all in front of him so it’s the 100 I need to finish them and then and additional 50.

I really liked the zombie rework so if I finally decide to do NS that would be an extra 100 omegas or so.
