Unfortunately, Rey has been rotated out of Chromium Packs. As for Rex, I've started a new account recently with him and noticed that his offense and health are average. He's primarily a support character with TM manipulation and a cleanse. I would recommend searching for a more aggresive toon like Lando, as you've mentioned, Biggs, Wedge, Bobba, etc.
