I doubt Phoenix team is good enough to maintain top ranks. Because of the higher level requirement, a lot of casual gamers never make it to Squad Arena, leaderboards take way longer to fill, and accumulate a lot more whales. You'll still get a headstart over the other FTP though so it's something I guess.
