The tm gains from rolo would just speed up the bleed and ep passive damage as well as debuff expiry and tm gain for empire.
Tenacity up is the only solution for an easy win. Rex lead or chaze. Maybe jedi make a comeback with master yoda, lol.
I think you're right, though, empire is popping up everywhere. We all have them, and if you dont have cls or jtr and dont want to spend money on ns, palp lead can beat every team.
Cls and jtr struggle against ns, and empire is tricky too, ... unless you have chaze.
