The data is manual, however, I only track 2 items.
Raid damage from each raid. This information is added to the "Raw Data" tabs (highlighted red), which then feeds the correlating green tab using VLOOKUP.
Lifetime raid tickets. I use simple math to figure out the average tickets per day. ((Current lifetime raid tickets) - (Original day I logged lifetime raid tickets) / the difference in number of days between today's date and the original date I logged lifetime raid tickets). That gives me the average per day.
Unfortunately, it's manual, but it only takes about 5 minutes to enter in the raid damage and/or lifetime raid tickets. So, I can keep it up to date with about 15 minutes for a full update, about 3 times a week.
