Yes please. Rework them and give them a new status effect. I like the idea of a permanent effect, we already armor shredding, or i would say that. I like the idea of permanent max health down. (kinda like armor shredding)
they need it.
and as stated, something needs to happen to the dodge/resist/dispell, they are not strong enough to be this difficult. so they need to get way more deadly or 2 of those need to go away or 1 goes away and the other has either 100% or some % to explode (as an aoe or a different effect or combination)...
Please make this happen.
