On how I'm doing, if you meant by staying on top rank. Yes, I frequently finished #1 over last few month running droids @ payout. Alternated between HK and Poggle leads. Having said that, and a great perspective. I recently took some time off the game - needed some break, and dropped down to ~ 190. On the way back up (now again top 5), I saw many previous #1 teams so that tells you all teams in the top 200 is capable of beating top teams and can compete vs. top teams in ranks 'if they choose to'. I actually enjoyed fighting up because I saw lots of variety. By the time I hit top 20, it was like 95% Dooku led teams! I don't think it says Dooku stays on the top but rather players who takes the effort to stay at top 20 follow more meta. I showed the video above with a close fight vs. Dooku. I guess what I'd say is with the game today (who knows what balance will do), many team comp can win, so just pick what you enjoy and go with it. I mean I replaced the undisputed #1 DPS character in GS with probably the most neglected character in IG100 and kept top rank. Adds more variety and not feel like you need certain characters to have fun. I know I truly enjoyed levelling up my Magnaguard, just by having all those droids gives me a smile when I enter a battle.

I do think droids, and many other toons will be even more viable after next update - that's also development's goal. So we'd have toons - hopefully all, be able to act and do their thing before being one or assist killed before they act.
