Thrawn Fracture against Bobba - WAI
As the title says, When Thrawn uses Fracture against Bobba it removes his Bounty Hunter Resolve - is this meant to happen? It's cool if it is, but I thought BHR couldn't be dispelled at all?

I believe Thrawn attacked 1-3 times, killed boba, attacked the 4th time and inflicted fracture after Boba revived
