GG wasn't an Admiral (yes, he commanded capital ships, since he was the highest ranking officer in the Separatist Army, but he's primarily a General, focusing on ground troops - see the Jedi). Plus GG is hard to farm, compared to the other 3 existing fleet commanders. Plus we already have datamine of Nute Gunray's capital ship, who also happens to be in the same exact farming shop (Squad Arena) as the other 3 commanders.

Thrawn is even harder to farm. Heck, he happens to be a legendary one.

GG may not be an admiral, but even Tarkin, Ackbar and Mace are called "fleet commanders" ingame and not "admirals". GG deserves a ship just as much as Mace. Mace isn't an admiral, either, imo. Moreover, the Invisible Hand was GG's flagship, even if he wasn't an admiral.

Nute makes sense in some way, but he isn't an admiral, either. And I didn't know about the datamine.
