In raids where you can remove TM and there are other Empire allies, then yes it's worth it. He's not normally run with many Empire allies anymore in arena, so not worth it from an Arena standpoint. Particularily with an older roster.
Would his zeta keep my Chimaera at a better speed than most ships? I've been working him and his ship up for that
