Once you Omega his basic, you’ll get an extra 15% damage there, plus he gets +35% damage for Every Enemy Suffering a Debuff...so that’s a potential +175% damage.
As for crits, you need to run a crit damage mod set and a crit chance mod set with a CD (or CC) Triangle and a potency (primary) cross...and lots of speed.
