How do people have it already? He is coming up in my hero share, not from allies but randoms.

It's been like this for awhile, maybe even since the start of the game.- I had this the other day but it came up in the choice from my allies bit not the random ones after those....I thought it was strange

Blame the developers, not the players
Never understood why there is not a FAQ post at the top of the forum. This question about new characters is definitely a FAQ.- They should just flag these allies as NPCs
