I'm waiting until the new raid and all of February's updates land, then when the dust settles, I'll decide.
If you must spend one now, you could consider one of the new ones for Palpatine or Vader, as you already have Maul and Savage, you could have a pretty decent sith team in the works... Thrawn is always a good choice.
Still, I'd suggest just waiting for the updates that are supposed to be coming in abundance this month to get the best feel for the landscape ahead.
