Really? When I quit Cad was an absolute joke. Was he buffed, or is this purely to fill a scoundrels team with an easy farm?
Cad Bane has one of the best leads amongst scoundrels though he is now definitely behind Boba on that, he still hits hard and has the stun and TM remove on his unavoidable special
Mainly though he is an easy farm to complete the team probably the easiest next to IG88
