True Damage and Heroic Characters

So let me get this straight. You take true damage away from your heroic characters that you need heavy investment to unlock (Jedi Knight Luke, General Anakin Skywalker) and then release a character that is not a heroic level character who deal massive amounts of true damage? Good job. That's the way you stick it to the player base. This makes no sense.
