You just have to calc the relative speeds factoring in the bonus for Revan and the TM gain for rebels on resist. I believe the effective TM for CLS would be Speed x ((100/(100-TMgain)). So for a 280 CLS with +10% TM it would be 280x(100/90)=311. At 15% TM it would be 329.
