100/85 = 1.17 and some numbers so Jedi will have an effective starting speed of 1.17 x modded speed. This is only on start where as Vader speed boost is constant. Can make for very fast GMY to get tenacity up hopefully before DV moves.
Real numbers 300 modded speed will be 351 effective starting speed.
