I think maybe every character tipped to be a pilot is there. I've seen a whole lot of characters, but others have been noticibly absent (Nightsisters, all First Order other than TIE Pilot, Droids, Ewoks, etc) while the ones that are there seem like the type who would fly ships.
Except the Shaman. That's just weird.
