My seemingly never-ending quest to finish my Zader team reached a huge milestone yesterday when I 6-starred my G10 Tusken Shaman in time for NAAT P2. He alone increased the damage my team does in P2 by 3 million, over twice what I was doing before I got him. This isn't news for some of you I'm sure but for those who haven't considered this guy yet, one of the best investments this F2P player has made thus far.

I also run a zader and I'm farming him too, who else do you use?

I run Zidious, Shaman, Boba, and last one can vary, but I like using Maul because the team as is without him is pretty ineffective at killing turrets, and his DPS makes up for it. Lot of folks like Phasma for the guaranteed crits on Zader's culling blade and Boba execute but you still have DPS issues, and with the above team I'm killing turrets before tank's second turn.

FOO is better than Phasma for guaranteed crits. You only get one, but you can fill an empty turn meter and cleanse debuffs in p3.

For P3 I'd actually consider using Jyn. Shaman can keep everyone pretty healthy, especially since heals increase with every debuffed enemy, and Jyn can give crits and take away TM. Edit: but really with Zader you're gonna use him in P2 or P4 anyway as that's where he's most effective.

How does shaman help increase damage of your team so much with just offense up and heals? Wouldn't emperor accomplish the same thing? I just don't see how shaman helps so much

How does shaman help increase damage of your team so much with just offense up and heals? Wouldn't emperor accomplish the same thing? I just don't see how shaman helps so much

Shaman gives two dots with every basic. Also, Emperor takes health from all on your team to give offense up.

It's all in his basic. Two DOTs on a debuffed target. The DOTs themselves, and how much that contributes to total damage on culling blade and execute, add a TON of damage total.

Plus one more thing to add is that with Zidious, Maul and Shaman, you also have a lot of TM gain on enemy death. It's just overall glorious.

And I was actually running EP before Shaman, mainly for the offense up and for the AOE damage.

You don't run into problems while trying to topple turrets? I guess high speed makes up for it, and I'm still trying to farm mods for speed secondaries, but I see the tank taking two turns before toppling with that team.

You'll also want Emperor for P3.
I was also toying with the idea of dusting off Talia and trying her with a zVader team in P2. Her heal also grants TM, her basic heals her, and her special adds a DoT. Shaman's obviously better in almost every way, but I'd love to find a use for poor, benched Talia.
