I know Lumia and Phasma are not a part of the team just their for completeness
STH speed primary and secondaries
Wiggs, Phasma crit dmg / speed
Lando, Rey crit chance, crit dmg
Boba, QGJ potency, speed
For Rey I like tenacity too because of her unique.
Protection primaries are good for everybody, dps toons also like absolute health and protection secondaries
