You know there is not THE payout time? It's 6 p.m. for everybody (at the timezone the device had when starting the game for the first time). So, if you are lucky, nobody in the top ranks fights at your time. My shard is rather lucky as only two top players have the same payout time, so there is Rank 1 for a lot of players every day.
