Just the obvious, we know each others payout times and take other guys down only after that. There is that obnoxious guy in our shard who always attacks out of his own time so naturally we also help to neutralize him (keep him busy, take him down).
Arena is weird in a way as pretty much everyone can beat every other guy in top 5, so it's really best to coexist and allow everybody Rank 1 at his payout.
