Vader speed calculation

Hi all! If Vader has 198 speed and no Zetas and is in a squad with Palp (L), Thrawn, Nihilus, Sith Trooper and the opponent is 4 Empire characters and one Rebel - what is his speed? Can he be faster than a Thrawn with 249 speed?

    Hes probably landing dot so easily because the formula is tenacity-potency=chance to resist. (Minimum 15%chance) so 100%ten-80%pot = 20% chance to resist. So yes, tenacity is useless.

    Any ability that counts all ally has always included the characters with the ability itself such as Wedge. If the ability text stated Other allies, then Vader would not get +16 from himself.
