I'd like to point out that prot up is a little harder to get rid of than advantage (a stray aoe won't make chewie counter and lose it)
And it's the same chewbacca at a different point in time. Why don't all hans shoot first, taunt, heal, revive, and have stacking offense? same character at different point in time. a simple answer is balance
