The B1 isn't defeated until all stacks have gone, so it has no benefit to her unique zeta until those stacks are gone and it finally dies. Each time it is "replaced" does not add to rampage.

It's actually very special, it's the first time they released a character that didn't cause a game breaking loop that caused them to nerf one of the better characters in the game.
