Visas Marr - Where is she useful...or is she not useful?

Now that Visas is farmable I've been building her up slowly. I tried her as my healer in STR T4 for my Wiggs team but she didn't make much difference (was using JC previously). So now I'm wondering ...

accurate. I've had a handful of instances when a revive should have occurred, but didn't. And I can't figure out why. Maybe she was missing 1 HP ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
