What am I missing?!
Every time I bring in my first re-enforcement in the fleet today the other team get their breach payout. I don’t remember this happening as recently as yesterday. Please help.

The only possible explanation that I can fathom is the enemy has used Scimitar as a reinforcement which places TL on any of your reinforcements. I'm not sure though if thise count towards the payout as they are passively applied.
