What are the options for First Order teams without OG kylo, Hux and Sith trooper?

What are the options for First Order teams without OG kylo, Hux and Sith trooper for a beginner player? I don't want to farm OG kylo because he's 80 shard farm and i don't like 80 shard farms and sith...

Every toon in the game is a 330 shard farm eventually.
