What exactly does Critical Avoidance do?
So my question refers to Traya leadership that gives 40% crit avoidance to sith allies, but what exactly does 40% critical avoidance mean?

It means that if the opponent has 50% crit chance, he'll get 10% left only. On the other hand, if he's at 140% chance, he will get 100% chance in the end.
It doesn't work as evasion and that's something misleading. If the character were to crit, you'll still get hit by him and it's still going to be a critical hit.
