This has been happening to me for months. The RNG is not true RNG. Have you ever noticed when you need one more shard or one more salvage piece the "RNG" suddenly gets super stingy? Every time? How is that RNG? But if you spend more crystals, the "RNG" gives you what you need right away. Coooollll story.
