What Is Your Highest Rated Mod

According to the http://apps.crouchingrancor.com/Mods/Manager site my highest rated mod is at 3520. I know this is not the highest score but what is your highest rated mod? Does anyone have one list...

More based on the high percentage of any secondary than its usefulness which is subjective. I would say high percentage counts more than high flat number.
